The new app is terrible. Load times are prolonged and navigating between pages takes 2-3 minutes to load a page. ...and sometimes it just never even loads at all. I have to force stop the app repeatedly to eventually get access. This is arguably the worst rollout of a banking/finance app that I've ever experienced.

There was no notification of the major update for the app. I was on the old app and wondered why I couldn't log in just to realize they updated the app. Also, just loading stuff now is slower than what it used to be in the old app. The old version was FAR better and was working exceptionally well.

garbage, check deposit doesn't work anymore, it is slow to pull up your data, and link on website takes you to the old app, which doesn't work anymore **Update 6-12-2026, topside had corrected the issues with check deposit ( it seems). Will update rating once verified
