The new app is terrible. Load times are prolonged and navigating between pages takes 2-3 minutes to load a page. ...and sometimes it just never even loads at all. I have to force stop the app repeatedly to eventually get access. This is arguably the worst rollout of a banking/finance app that I've ever experienced.

garbage, check deposit doesn't work anymore, it is slow to pull up your data, and link on website takes you to the old app, which doesn't work anymore **Update 6-12-2026, topside had corrected the issues with check deposit ( it seems). Will update rating once verified

annoyed that there was nothing sent out that the mobile banking wouldnt be working for 3 days. then once it starts working again you are forced to download the new banking app. nkt normally and issue but there was nothing put out letting anyone know they would need to do anything to prepare for the change.
