I don't care for the new app. Changing locations was a PITA! PLUS... when I went to pay, it automatically went to the previous payment and didn't give me a choice. I also don't like that you can't use the in-store special coupons online. I'm very tech savvy. I kept looking. Want thrilled. I liked the older app better.

I didn't think this app could be worse than the previous one. I was totally wrong. This app is not only buggy, it's incredibly user unfriendly. For example, to browse the weekly ad, I have to open my browser and sign in to the tops website? Then what's the point of using the app in the first place?? I keep getting bounced around the app, which makes it impossible to put together a shopping list. Completely unintuitive and unusable. Was this even tested before it was released?

The old app was easier to navigate and make a list from. This takes 3 times as long, and is missing items that I know are in store. The searches keep showing items that have nothing to do with what you're searching for. Clearly trying to upsell and steer you towards things you don't need and don't want. Also, why is the old Wappingers store even showing up as selectable? I would love if that store reopened. But I've been told it was permanently closed, years ago.
