The app itself isn't terrible. The locations of items are challenging at best, and at worst down right wrong or so vague as to be useless. The Wegmans app is incredibly detailed, Aisle # and side, Shelf Section # and shelf, by comparison. Walmart, Target, and many others have much better in store descriptions available. Come on Tops step up your game!

Tops app is terrible. I needed to do some food shopping for my friend, so she sent me her list via the Wegman's app. Gave me the items, prices, store aisle and shelf location, and total $. So, after that experience, I installed the Tops app on my phone. It installs, but displays error message "page not found." I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple more times, same thing. This thing doesn't even leave the starting gate! What you guys need to do is fix this. Maybe find new IT guys.

I didn't think this app could be worse than the previous one. I was totally wrong. This app is not only buggy, it's incredibly user unfriendly. For example, to browse the weekly ad, I have to open my browser and sign in to the tops website? Then what's the point of using the app in the first place?? I keep getting bounced around the app, which makes it impossible to put together a shopping list. Completely unintuitive and unusable. Was this even tested before it was released?
