They offered registration, but after filling out forms, they said I didn't meet their conditions and put me on a waiting list. They collected my data and abandoned me. They require me to contact support to delete my account, threatening that I won't be able to register again. I came across this unfamiliar application during a search. They intimidate and add everyone to the waiting list to appear important. Don't download this app; it's a waste of time.

Toptal’s fees were incredibly misleading and seemed designed to confuse, making it far too easy to overspend. I can not recommend this app to anyone in the future. Spare yourself the frustration and opt for platforms like Upwork instead, where the value for your money is far superior. The talent on Upwork matches Toptal’s, so there's really no point in sticking with an overcomplicated and overpriced service.

I downloaded the app and started creating my profile. They requested my name, location, resume, projects I want to work, ideal work environment etc. After my profile was 100% complete I received a notice that I didn't have the required experience and my account was locked. They could have rejected me right at the beginning instead of wasting my time filling all my info.
