If you buy onsite and they give you paper tickets which they scanned as they printed the app is unusable. They will not let you add your ticket to the app once scanned. Without the app you have zero insight into when and where buses are for hopping back on. The "live" map on their website only tells you departure times from first stop. And you have to dig out your 3 ft of paper receipt every time you get on. Makes for a very poor experience.

it's been two+ weeks and no reply to the email I sent to support. when I sent it I got an auto reply that their response times are longer than usual and not to email again or you'd get sent to the back of the queue. this amount of time is unreasonable to wait. at this point I may have to file a charge back on my card.

The app is a joke! Nothing shows up. You can't even find a ticket or a price, the FAQs are empty, no maps of the tour... Feels like you gave up!
