Difficult to register and login with phone number, even I tried to use forgot password feature (sometimes cannot receive OTP)

App signs out occassionally and only allows signing in using phone number?! What if I want to purchase something online while abroad? There are many ways of doing user authentication, not just by phone number. Even online banking apps don't force me to use phone number. I really don't understand this poor UX choice. You could have added email as an option.

Constant problems with this app, their poor integration between web and android apps got my gift card broken as well :(
