Toree: Lessons & Scheduling

About this app

Teach the lesson. Toree handles the week.

Toree is the simple way for independent teachers to run lessons — and for families to keep every kid's lessons in one place.

Music, art, dance, sports, swim, tutoring, languages: if you teach on your own or run a small studio, Toree gives you a calendar, a booking website and payments in one app. Families get one calendar for all their kids and all their teachers.

FOR TEACHERS

• One calendar for everything
Day, week and month views. Private lessons, group classes, repeating times, vacations and blocked time. Bring in your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar so busy times stay blocked, and add Toree lessons to your own calendar app.

• Your own booking website, free
Answer a few questions and Toree builds your page — your lessons, prices, open times, photos, FAQ and location. Pick from 16 designs, choose colors and fonts, turn sections on or off and reorder them. Search-friendly from day one.

• Show your page in one tap
Tap "My page" to show a big QR code. At a recital, a game or school pickup, families point their camera and book on the spot. Copy the link or send a ready-made text and email.

• Families book open times
Families pick a lesson and an open time inside your hours. Weekly bookings, first lessons and group class seats included. No double-booking.

• Changes are requests, not surprises
Cancellations, new times and makeups arrive as requests. You accept, decline or offer another time. Your own cancellation and refund rules show on your page and at booking.

• Get paid your way
Accept card, Apple Pay and bank payments through Stripe, straight to your own account. Or add your Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or Cash App so families pay you directly. Record cash and checks with one tap. Bill the month, send invoices, sell lesson packages, and see who owes what.

• Students and families
Your roster grouped by family, with attendance, notes, balances and one-tap call, text or email.

• Stay on top of it
Messages with families, push notifications, and a morning or evening summary of your day.

FOR FAMILIES

• Every kid, every teacher, one calendar
Each child gets their own color. Overlaps are flagged. Subscribe from your phone's calendar so lessons show up automatically.

• Book, move or cancel in a tap
See each teacher's next lesson and cancellation rules, book again, or ask for a different time.

• Pay and keep receipts
Pay invoices by card or bank, turn on autopay, or pay the teacher directly. Your payment history stays in one place.

PRICING
Scheduling, your website, booking, notifications and cash or Zelle records are free. Online payments carry Stripe's processing fee plus a small Toree fee that's capped every month. Details at toree.com/pricing.

Available in 19 languages.

Toree is a scheduling and payment tool. Lessons, safety, qualifications, cancellations and refunds are agreed between each teacher and family.
