Listings turns a phone into the fastest way to get pre-owned and refurbished stock onto your Shopify store. Your team photographs each item against a guide, answers the questions your store has set, and the listing publishes itself with a title, description, price, photos and video that follow your rules every time.
BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE ON THE SHOP FLOOR
Every product line has its own template, set up once on the web dashboard. Staff pick the line, follow the shot list and fill in the form. Nothing needs typing twice: the model comes from your catalogue, the serial from the barcode scanner, and the price from your grading rules. The app shows what the item will list as before anything uploads.
PHOTOS THAT MATCH, ITEM AFTER ITEM
Guided shots with a framing overlay so every listing has the same angles in the same order. Switch lenses from the viewfinder, pick a colour look to correct for your bench lighting, and lock exposure and white balance so a whole rail photographs the same. Backgrounds can be cleaned to white on the phone before upload. Short video clips are framed and trimmed to match.
CATALOGUE ON THE PHONE
Search your model catalogue as you type, or add a model on the spot when a new one comes in. Specs and reference prices flow into the listing automatically.
WORKS WITH YOUR PROCESS
Uploads queue on the handset and continue when signal returns. See what has been listed, find any item by serial or barcode, and mark it sold when it leaves the shop. Pair as many handsets as your plan allows, each named so every listing is traceable to the device that made it.
MADE FOR SHOPIFY
Listings is a Shopify app. Products, variants, media, tags, metafields and categories are created through the Shopify Admin API on your own store. Pricing, description templates, field mapping and staff questions are all managed from the dashboard inside Shopify.
REQUIREMENTS
A Total Commerce Listings account on a Shopify store, and a pairing code from the Devices page of your dashboard. Plans start with a 14-day free trial.
Photograph stock and list it on Shopify from the shop floor.
