About this app

• ToToum is a new way of communicating for professionals and not missing anything for individuals thanks to ToT.
• A ToT is a text message of maximum 255 characters created by a professional (business, trade, club / association, community ...) that can be completed with an internet link, pdf, image or video.
• ToTs disseminate information, news, events, news ... from professionals.
• ToToum users can subscribe for free in 2 ways:
- Subscription to a known professional: to find it on ToToum just enter his name or NoTeur number or scan his QR code. Thus, the subscriber receives the ToTs of this professional.
- Subscription to a point of interest: using geographic search. Just select a predefined focus on ToToum (ex: mode, shows, sport ...) and a perimeter (in km), then the subscriber receives the ToT of all the professionals who respond to the selected interest, within the defined perimeter.
