Won't let me delete my account which makes me think they just want to keep and sell students data. Every time I press delete account it just comes up with an error message. The app is rubbish. Just a scam to try and get you to pay for a card when all universities issue photo id.

Been trying to get discounts but it's been disappointing, 3 in a row didn't work, some are just the same sales brands have anyways, nothing exclusive to Totum. I don't feel it's worth the money

Basically useless, most discounts don't apply and more aren't even available if your a mature student. These days even the ID card has less value as there are many cheaper alternatives. Looking to get my money back on this.
