Joined Totum, paid for a three year subscription, and now the App doesn't recognise my email, says it doesn't exist, my fingerprint that I set up in the app previously doesn't work. No response after two weeks from their "help" email. Don't bother, you only seem to get offers that already exist elsewhere for most things anyway, would be nice to try though now I've paid. And yes, the app is up to date and has been reinstalled, more than once.

The app on an S22 ultra closes whenever trying to access profile or the wallet. I've tried clearing the cache etc to no avail.

I go to login, I put in my details (correctly), it loads and takes me straight back to the login page. I don't even know if the rest of the app exists at this point.

What's new

In our latest update we’ve had a bit of a spring clean, dusting out some corners and clearing out some bugs. There’s no big changes to shout about, just some quiet improvements to make everything run as smoothly as possible.
