TOTVS Collection and Delivery is the mobile application that connects the driver to the logistics operation in real time, offering greater agility, control, and traceability in last-mile and first-mile activities.
The app supports the execution of collections, deliveries, and transfers, organizing trip tasks in a practical and intuitive way. With it, the driver can view their tasks, start and finish service requests, record successful or unsuccessful occurrences, and keep the operation updated directly from the road.
Among the main features, the application allows task sequencing, use of GPS navigation, automatic location transmission, consultation of digital trip documents, message exchange with the call center, and the recording of evidence and receipts during execution.

The app also offers support for day-to-day operational situations, such as:
- acceptance or rejection of new tasks included in an ongoing trip;
- request for a new collection or delivery;
