Offer mobility to your approvers, through the TOTVS My Approvals app, which allows you to carry out approvals or disapprovals generated through TOTVS Approvals and Attendance (Agilis) flows in a simple way, bringing much more agility and autonomy to your company.
Through the TOTVS My Approvals app, which is fully integrated into the RM line, the user will be able to:
- Have a centralized view of the approvals to be carried out and already carried out in the Purchasing, Contracts, HR processes, etc;
- Approve or Disapprove one or more tasks at the same time;
- View detailed task information;
- Insert discussions in the tasks, allowing greater interaction between the users involved;
- Consult all files attached to tasks, such as: photos, reports, spreadsheets, and others;
- Search for existing tasks (taking into account the user's access level).
 
Compatible Versions:
The TOTVS My Approvals app is compatible with version 12.1.28 or higher of the RM line.
