A football hangs on a rope above the goal area and moves automatically from left to right. The player must observe the movement and tap the screen at the right moment to release the ball and guide it into the goal.

The main challenge of Touchdown Drop is finding the perfect timing window. Each successful attempt increases the score by adding another completed goal. If the football misses the goal or falls outside the target area, the current attempt ends.

As new levels are reached, the swinging speed of the football becomes faster, requiring quicker reactions and more accurate timing. The gameplay structure is designed around improving control, concentration, and consistency with every new attempt.

The game keeps track of successful goal entries and stores the result in the Records section only when the achieved value is greater than zero. This allows players to follow their best results and compare their progress over time.
