Stay away from this app. First they'll trick you into a subscription service with a free trial and then they'll fail to provide this service decently. You're supposed to have monthly credits that accumulate if unused, but the app asks you to pay for every postcard you design and the unused credits are never available. Basically every time you want to send a card, you'll have to talk to support, and design the card over and over. It's terribly frustrating.

CAREFUL - credits expire!! I wouldn't get this service. It sounds great at first. And it might be nice because it's simpler than sending traditional postcards from a destination. But I just lost a bunch of money because my credits expired. About a year ago, I thought I might as well buy a bigger batch of credits since it's cheaper in bulk. Now they are all lost. How can it hurt Touchnote to let me keep my credits I purchased other than hurt their bottom line? They're just way layers.

I used this app for a while and now years later I got to send a card again. Unfortunately, now many of the features are limited to premium users only. This premium subscription is charged yearly right out, which I find unacceptable. Therefore, I decided upon sending just a simple card on this occasion and remove the app afterwards. But even that didn't work out. The picture appeared portrait but then in preview prior to submitting the order the picture is misaligned and landscape.
