If I could rate it 0, I would. As a photo booth company of now 3 years, we have used Lumabooth which is AMAZING and super affordable. We had to switch to TouchPix for one event due to using an Android product for that specific event. Price $42/WEEK, INSANE. Stabilizer is trash. Customer service is beyond unhelpful. Paid the second week by accident due to their automated system. We asked for a refund for that second week and they denied stating that we should have received a reminder notice. NADA

Terrible app & service. this app is not user friendly and was unable to be used. customer service refuses to issue a refund. dont download or pay for this app for phone/table use. use a free app instead which is what I had to do for my daughter's sweet 16
