HOW IT WORKS
1. Add a contact from your phone and choose a cadence (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom up to 365 days)
2. Mark them as Personal or Business and set your preferred contact method — Call, Text, or Meetup
3. When it's time to reach out, tap to call or text directly from the app (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal)
4. Complete your Touchpnt to build your streak and climb the badge ladder
