Connect and control your Touchstone Fireplace with your mobile or smart home voice control device. This app can support multiple smart Touchstone Fireplaces.

1. Easy Setup – Pair fireplace via Bluetooth connection to your home network
2. Remote Control – Control your fireplace directly from the app.
3. Programmable Flame and Ember Bed Colors – Select different flame colors and select different ember bed colors.
4. Turn On/Off Heater – Turn On/Off the heater right from the app and change the heat output setting.
5. Thermostat – Change the temperate of the thermostat directly from the app.
6. Programmable Timer – Set a start and/or shutoff time for the fireplace.

Ratings and reviews

I was a bit hesitant to even bother with the app based off the reviews, but it has consistently worked for me with my sideline. I haven't attempted to use the old function, but all of the remote features I've tried have worked great and it is very quick to respond. I've been using it for about 4 months now with no noticeable issues.

This app fails to install my compatible Touchstone Elite device. Finds the device quickly but errors during install. Reset, config'd WiFi to 2.4Ghz only, troubleshoot ever available step...nothing. Hours of wasted time. P0, P1, P2, P3 codes... nobody knows what they even mean. Support was unable to resolve.

constantly have features that dont work. Currently I can not turn on the heat from the app and unfortunately the remote affects my television every time I use it.
