Relaunching the FFSAQ app to celebrate 25 years of SIPS Permit supported stocking in Queensland.
To celebrate 25 years of the Stocked Impoundment Permit Scheme (SIPS), the Freshwater Fishing and Stocking Association of Queensland, with the support of Infofish and Fisheries Queensland, is holding a statewide fishing competition across all active SIPS dams and weirs. The competition will run for a 2-week period during the September school holidays.
FFSAQ’s role is to liaise with and service fish stocking groups, fishing clubs, and individual fishers with an objective to enhance the freshwater fishery, to rehabilitate and maintain our wild fishery.
