Tourouter helps independent bands, musicians, and tour managers plan tours and keep their crew organized. Bring your itinerary, day sheets, venue contacts, lodging, guest lists, and tour expenses into one shared app.

TOUR PLANNING
Build a run with show days, travel days, and days off. See the route on a map, keep track of booking status, and organize the details for each stop.

ROUTE IT ON A MAP
On the web at app.tourouter.com, route the whole tour on a map. Paste a list of dates and cities, mark holds and confirmed shows, drag stops into order, and get a warning when a show lands on a day you keep clear.

TURN YOUR TOUR FLYER INTO A TOUR
Import your tour dates from a flyer, photo, PDF, or typed list. AI helps read the dates so you can review, correct, and confirm the year before creating your tour.

DAY SHEETS AND SCHEDULES
Give everyone a clear plan for the day: load-in, soundcheck, doors, set times, venue details, lodging, and notes. Keep the schedule with the tour instead of scattered across messages.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Basements, green rooms, and long drives between towns. Your active tour stays on your phone, so the schedule, venue, lodging, contacts, guest list, and money all open with no connection. Add an expense or change a set time offline and it syncs when you're back, and the app shows what's still waiting. Sending day sheets, imports, and settling a show need a connection.

DAY SHEETS BY TEXT, UPDATES BY PUSH
Send the day sheet to your crew by text and email, so nobody needs the app to know the plan. When a set time or lodging changes, everyone with the app gets a push notification. Texts go to US and Canadian numbers.

BAND AND CREW COORDINATION
Invite your band members and crew. Set access by role and share updates as the plan changes. The team owner pays for the plan; invited crew can join free.

TOUR PACKAGES
Sharing a bill? Add the other bands and make it a Tour Package. Everyone works from the same schedule and day sheets. Each band decides which money to share, and merch stays private.

TOUR EXPENSES AND INCOME
Record guarantees, income, expenses, and payments. Review profit and loss and show-by-show reports using the numbers your team has entered, and export them as PDF or CSV.

CONTACTS, LODGING, AND GUEST LISTS
Find venue and promoter contacts, keep hotel details attached to the right date, and manage guest-list requests with your team.

An account is required. New accounts confirm their email with a code. Free planning is available; paid features require a subscription or Tour Pass.

Import your dates from an email, flyer or PDF and check them date by date. A new tour takes its first and last day on one calendar. The Inbox shows what changed on your tour.
