Ratings and reviews

It won't let me log in. Keeps saying it's invalid. when l click on " forgot password" it sends a link to reset, then when l click to reset, it says " you're already logged in".....?? I've just enrolled but the app is difficult to navigate.

Love the many choices, descriptions, and details for tours. They need to let all travelers have access to the details once a tour is booked, not just the lead traveler.

Received confirmation from TourRadar of a tour booking after payment of the total charge by credit card. The tour operator (Agate Travel) advised a few minutes later that the tour was not available. The credit card was charged despite informing them of the situation. No response to several messages and is currently being investigated by the credit card provider. Would be extremely careful dealing with this platform.
