While impressed... the app could use some improvement. While trying to book my appointment, I went to the next page but then realized that I didn't add my boyfriend, so I went back to add him, but then realized that I lost the time slot that I was trying to book for. I was told by your representative that there wasn't anything she could do. If your app allows you to go back to add a guest... there should be no reason to lose the time slot, especially when there is a back button to use.Look into.

I couldn't build an app worse than this even if I wanted to. The most basic core functionality, i.e. having access to a lock box that gives you a key doesn't work. I had 3 different tours, and the codes never worked in any of them. Thankfully it was during business hours and the building staff were kind enough to use their own default codes to let me tour the place. The key box seems to expect a 5 digit code, but only get 4 digits. Maybe it's supported to be a game where you guess the 5th one 🤦

Had a self tour guide for today. Downloaded/Uninstalled the app several times last night and this morning and kept getting the same message "access-denied." I called tech support and they told me they couldn't help with the issue. Luckily, the concierge lady was able to assist me with my tour since I wasn't able to access it through the app.
