Upon receiving road assistance requests from entities such as insurance companies and motor clubs, the app automatically finds and notifies the closest drivers to provide the service. This technology creates a win win situation for both the tow companies as they get more tows by sharing the network through the app, and motorist because the waiting time is significantly reduced due to the fully automatic process.
