TVC Smart 5S is an internal management mobile application specifically designed for employees, automating and standardizing the process of evaluating work conduct and maintaining office spaces according to 5S standards.

With the integration of modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) image recognition technology, the application provides a convenient, objective, and time-saving check-in experience for all personnel in the unit.

HIGHLIGHTED FEATURES:

• AI-powered dress code check-in: Employees take full-body photos at each shift. The internal AI system automatically analyzes and records compliance with uniforms, name tags, and work conduct regulations with high accuracy.

• Workspace evaluation (5S): Supports taking photos of workstations and assigned areas. The system collaborates with the AI ​​and management department to score the level of tidiness and cleanliness, ensuring a professional work environment.

• Track history and reports: Employees can easily review check-in logs and individual 5S performance evaluation score charts by day/week/month to proactively improve their work habits.

• Internal notification system: Quickly receive updates on new announcements regarding appearance standards and workplace maintenance campaigns from management.
