Note: RTSP Camera Server Pro must run on the same wifi network as the clients connecting from. If you want people from outside of your network to connect you will need to have a static IP address on your phone.
Server

Run RTSP Camera Server Pro on your device. It will accept client connections. It will display the IP address. Use this IP for the viewer to connect to.

Viewer
-----------

Use any RTSP viewer application such as vlc on mobile phone or desktop application. Enter the IP address of the server and connect and start monitoring.

Ratings and reviews

Missing basic functionality. No fps selection, no 4k, no bitrate selection, records audio (while disabled in settings) when used from widget - also small image always overlayed to screen. No autostart.

It worked for about 2 mins and now can't connect to it. Can even use any rstp server camera apps as none connect after using this

App not dark theme aware, so black text on a dark charcoal background equals time to uninstall. Devs need to get with the times. Black themes save substantial energy.
