Many bugs fixed, mostly layout or button visibility issues, but also:
- Incorrect score display when player is outside of top 10
- Very old bug, causing incorrect 3D edge color in some rare cases
- Incorrect online score submission
- Crash when clicking "more" after testing a level
- Saving a new version of the built-in level could create invalid file
