Kymos is the assistant for swimming coaches.

Your groups, your schedule, and your times—without cross-referencing WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and results. An app to manage your swimming groups, from training sessions to meets.

Kymos synchronizes your swimmers' times and links them to your schedule, your competitions, and each group's progress.

FOR COACHES
• Groups: membership, invitations (link or QR code), and an overview of the group.

• Schedule: pool and strength and conditioning slots, exceptions, attendance reminders.

• Competitions: selections, RSVPs, reminders—you know who's coming before the big day.

• Synchronized times: group rankings by event, pool, and season. You see who's improving, and in what areas.

• Tools: Versus to compare two swimmers, Pace for target times.

SWIMMERS AND PARENTS
Same app, each with their own role. Swimmers track their times, records, and season. Parents can view qualifications and progress without having to decipher the charts. Coaches can see the team as a whole.

COACH FREE AND COACH PRO
Start for free: 1 group, 8 swimmers, current season. Coach Pro unlocks the possibilities—unlimited groups and swimmers, history, unlimited synchronization and Versus matches, and Pro tools.

For swimmers, an optional subscription can unlock long-term progress tracking. Parents can manage the subscription for the whole family.

PRIVACY
Kymos links profiles to licenses and results to display times. You remain in control of what you share.
