Legal Documentation and Information Network in Government Tanjungpinang Legal Department

JDIH Tanjungpinang City is a system that was built to carry out some of the main tasks and functions of the Legal Section of the Tanjungpinang City Regional Secretariat, namely to carry out publications and legal documentation including Regional Regulations, Regional Head Regulations, and Regional Head Decrees.

The legal basis for the management of JDIH in Tanjungpiang City includes;
1. Presidential Regulation Number 33 of 2012 concerning National Legal Documentation and Information Network.
2. Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 8 of 2019 concerning Legal Documentation and Information Management Standards.
3. Tanjungpinang Mayor's Decree Number 86 of 2023 concerning the Tanjungpinang City Legal Documentation and Information Network Management Team.

Vision :
The creation of legal product documentation and legal information services in Tanjungpinang City which are complete, accurate, easy and fast based on information technology to support the Regional Head's policies in realizing a Government, Society and Apparatus structure with a culture of law.

Mission :
1. Creating integrated and integrated management of legal product documentation and legal information within the Tanjungpinang City Government;
2. Ensuring the availability of quality legal product documentation and legal information that can be accessed quickly and easily;
3. Increasing legal understanding and awareness through publication and ongoing outreach;
4. Developing effective cooperation and collaboration with other parties in the context of providing documentation and legal information; And
5. Develop information technology-based innovations to facilitate legal documentation services.
