I was searching for mobile phone insurance and had a terrible experience. Claims of it being a good service online may be paid promotions. I applied 10 days ago but haven't received any policy documents. Their app is unusable, and my repeated WhatsApp attempts resulted in false information. I advise against using this service; they're likely scammers.

No one picked at helpline despite many attempts. Surveyor said he is not available, when finally went with surveyor for accident repairs, auto manufacturer said they don't have parts. Looked like insurance company and they have some understanding. Surveyor later told me that I should myself buy the parts and later I will get reimbursement. Crazy. Terrible experience with TPL. Never again will use their services.

Only beneficial to those who hav policy on their own name, if u lease a car then its not for you either, so add option for all along with cnic give option of policy number or registration number of vehicle to verify and login, after all leasing cars are your customers too and paying premium as well.
