I am just editing my comment here to respond you guys. any specific incident you said I'm shocked to see the irony of you guys. An app which is supposed to track the car is not tracking anything most of the times and the team is asking about a single specific event. Please clone some good tracking apps and let me share today's specific event you've launched an updated version on play store and I updated it but when you open the app it keeps telling you to update the app else it will close.

This is the worst tracker app and service I have used. The app does not provide ignition on/off notifications, and the location tracking is unreliable. I contacted customer service multiple times and logged complaints, but no one from TPL resolved the issue or followed up. After reading many similar negative reviews, I regret not checking them before purchasing. My recommendation: avoid TPL Tracker and save your money.

worst tracker & app. no realtime location updating, only automated calls , false data if ignition is OF ts still shows ON. delay in the app is worst thing.. A car is a moveable asset not a stationary property so 15 second delay means alot in terms of tracking.. Wrong info all the time u keep pressing refresh button but the app shows inaccurate location data..
