convenient despite negative reviews, I didn't see the bad reviews until I purchased the service. On my Google pixel 9 pro xl I don't see any glitches or bugs in the app, you can see the history of your car, use custom filters to see the car trajectory or history of travel, the current location is accurate, its easy to use. Only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that the car shows inactive when traveling below 20km/h speed, the ignition is on in app when traveling above that speed. bad bug

I checked TPL Tracker reviews and saw many negative comments, but still decided to use the service. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I reported the same issue three times, but no proper solution was provided. Support repeatedly asks me to reinstall the app, yet the problem remains. Ignition alerts are unreliable—sometimes ignition ON is missed, and other times ignition OFF is not detected. Overall, the tracking service is not dependable.

The app and service is a mess, unreliable in terms of customer facilitation and support. Conveyed and lodge complaint with customer support multiple time but their team seems to be unhelpful and unreliable. Further many time the location on app is also incorrect and helpline will also tell you wrong location of your car. Most of the time you will be unable to login the app
