All pricing is calculated upfront so the price you receive is the price you pay. Register your credit card and securely pay through your phone, pay with your account or transit number, or pay in the vehicle with cash or credit card.

Optionally select a vehicle type including Sedan, Minivan (up to 6 passengers), and Wheelchair Accessible.

Book your ride for now or later. If needed, select your return ride date and time. Not sure when you will be ready, then make your return ride a Will Call booking which allows you to activate the ride anytime on the date selected.

Optionally select a vehicle approaching notification of Text, Call, Email or all of the above. Track your vehicle in the app including real-time distance and ETA’s.

Go to My Bookings to see all current and future rides. Save bookings as favorites to be used within the app. You will get a receipt by email at the conclusion of your trip.

Ratings and reviews

I requested a morning taxi the night before. It did not show, the app said it was searching for an available taxi; I called the operator, said the same. Half hour later, the status in the app changed to canceled. I wasn't notified, at no point was I informed there may be an issue. Shockingly bad and bizarre service.

Technically speaking, it does work. However, the abysmally long wait times (20 minutes until a driver picked up my request, then 10 minutes before they arrived) make this service a pretty bad option for riders compared with alternatives. They really need to step up their pickup speeds given the competition.

Very slow , long hold time, long wait time. Drivers are rude and talking on their phones most the time or listening to their prayers on very high volume. If it wasn't included in my insurance I wouldn't use the service.
