I've been using the app for a long time and even after the revamp a few years ago. It was fine but over the last few months it's become very buggy. Crashed very often, can't open news stories, sometimes it doesn't open at all. What's happening Deccan Herald? We've been reading the news paper for decades and then moved to the app. Very disappointed with this. Update: DH, you have a caching problem. If we clear the cache and data in app management, it opens. Can't clear daily though. Please fix.

It is crashing everytime I open it to read the articles. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, but the problem persists! What to do? Could it be hardware/software specific problem? Or it is happening with every device? Why is it crashing everytime I open it to read. Please do something or tell me the way to resolve it. Really love the content and want to read daily.

I have been an ardent reader/admirer of DH for more than 4 decades. A wonderful family friendly bold newspaper. In this App, when I tried to Personalise my News Preferences, I have to enter my DOB (Oct 1954). To reach Oct 1954, I need to press the back button nearly 800 times. Naturally, I gave up. Nobody spends that much time and effort. I am 66 years old. I have seen much easier ways of entering DOB in many other Apps... only few key operations. Have I misunderstood something in your App?
