TPV Stream - Point of Sale

About this app

TPV Stream is the POS system for bars, restaurants, cafés and shops. Take payments fast, take orders from any phone, show the ticket to your customer on a second screen and comply with VeriFactu (Spain), all from your Android tablet or phone.

★ KEEPS SELLING WITHOUT INTERNET
Your data is stored on your own device. If the connection drops, the till keeps taking payments and printing receipts as usual.

★ FAST CHECKOUT
• Buttons with photos, search and barcode scanner
• Modifiers, menus and sales by weight with a scale
• Cash, card or Bizum payments, with change calculation
• Split bills: by item or by person
• Discounts per line or on the total, pro forma receipt
• "Misc" keypad for open amounts
• Fully customisable sales screen

★ CUSTOMER DISPLAY
Connect a second screen: your customer sees the items, total, amount tendered and change in real time. When done, a thank-you message.

★ AUTOMATIC HAPPY HOUR
Schedule Happy Hour slots by day and time: prices switch and switch back on their own.

★ WAITER APP, FLOOR AND KITCHEN
• Floor plan with rooms, terrace and status of each table (free, busy, reserved)
• Tabs by customer name and waiting list
• Waiters take orders from any phone or tablet
• Kitchen courses, kitchen display (KDS) and printers by area (kitchen, bar…)

★ VERIFACTU AND INVOICING
Invoices and receipts compliant with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) rules, sent directly from your POS. Receipt and invoice history always at hand.

★ CASH CONTROL AND REPORTS
• Till opening, cash in and cash out
• X and Z reports with cash difference control
• Monthly reports with sales, refunds and VAT breakdown
• Live statistics and period comparisons

★ PRODUCTS, STOCK AND CUSTOMERS
• Products, categories and modifiers
• Stock control with low-stock alerts and PDF inventory report
• Customer records linked to each receipt
• QR code on the receipt to collect Google or TripAdvisor reviews

★ MULTIPLE TERMINALS
One main till and as many terminals as you need on your local network. Terminals keep working even if they lose the connection to the main till.

★ STANDARD HARDWARE, NO LOCK-IN
Works with ESC/POS thermal printers (network, USB and Bluetooth), cash drawer, barcode scanner, scale and customer display. Use your own Android tablet or phone: no proprietary terminal.

★ CLOUD BACKUPS
• Local and cloud backups, encrypted on your device before upload
• New tablet or broken one? Restore your whole business from the cloud in minutes

★ SECURITY
• Encrypted connections between the main till and terminals
• Users with roles and PIN code
• Audit log of all operations

★ IDEAL FOR
Bars, restaurants, cafés, pubs, pizzerias, food trucks, bakeries, ice cream shops and small retail stores.

★ IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Spanish, English, French, German and Dutch.

LICENCE AND SUPPORT
A TPV Stream licence is required to use the app. Cloud backup depends on your licence. Support every day from 9:00 to 18:00.
