Know that room 7 is guest-ready — because you can see it on your phone, with photos. Pokoyo is a housekeeping app for guesthouses, B&Bs and small hotels: cleaning checklists for your staff, photo proof of completed work, and live room status for the owner. Works offline, staff join with a simple invite code (no emails), interface in English, Polish and Ukrainian. Not a PMS — Pokoyo runs alongside the booking calendar you already use.

What’s new

First production release.

Joining with a code no longer closes the app on a network or service error, and a refusal says why: wrong code, already used, revoked, expired, or a deactivated profile.

Checklist photos no longer vanish silently: an upload finishing after the room was accepted goes through, a lost photo asks for a new one, the queue no longer stalls on dead entries.

Booking/Airbnb calendar: a malformed event no longer stops the sync, and an empty feed no longer deletes cleanings.
