even though I have it set to English it's still mostly in foreign language. like none of the characters information is translated. the part of the menu where you pick your gender and your preference for characters to see is not translated.

it's all in Chinese and no voice!

The app is good but it's a bit laggy and the English option doesn't work on chats (chat stays japanese) and some of the options when switched to English mode stay Japanese.
