Trace & Learn is a calm, offline learning app for children aged about 3 to 7.
It teaches the alphabet, numbers, shapes, colours and letter sounds — and it
does it without a single advertisement, pop-up, or request to sign in.

WHAT YOUR CHILD LEARNS

• Letters A to Z — meet each letter, then trace it with a finger. Capital
first, then small, so both ways of writing a letter are learned together.
• Numbers 1 to 20 — count the objects by tapping them one at a time, then
trace the numeral.
• Twelve shapes — circle, square, triangle, star, heart and more, each with
everyday things that are that shape.
• Ten colours — and a colour-mixing bench to discover what red and blue make.
• Letter sounds — phonics, taught as the sound a letter makes rather than its
name, which is the part that helps a child read.
• 28 learning games across all five topics, from tapping the letter you hear
to finding the blue circle.

HOW IT WORKS

Guided tracing follows the finger stroke by stroke and is forgiving of a small
hand that wanders — it encourages rather than corrects. Every screen is spoken
aloud in a choice of five voices, so a child who cannot read yet can still use
the app alone. Stars, stickers and a daily challenge give a reason to come
back tomorrow.

FOR GROWN-UPS

• No advertising of any kind.
• No internet permission — the app cannot connect to anything, and works
completely offline, including on a plane.
• No account, no sign-up, no personal information collected. Nothing about
your child leaves the device.
• No in-app purchases.
• A progress screen showing what has been traced, counted and learned, behind
a press-and-hold gate.
• Voice, music, sound effects and animation can each be turned off.

Trace & Learn is meant to be used next to a grown-up, for a short while at a
time. Small steps, big dreams.
