Collect your farm data once. Decide who sees it.
Tracebud Field App helps coffee and cocoa producers and field agents collect field data, keep it in one place, and decide who is allowed to see it. It is built for any buyer, cooperative or programme that needs field data.
A farmer should not have to map the same land twice because two buyers use different systems. With Tracebud, one record can be shared with every buyer you give access to.
HOW IT WORKS
1. A request arrives
Someone you sell to asks for proof. You see who is asking and why, and you answer in the app, in your own language. Requests can reach you by SMS or email.
2. One list of what is needed
The app shows exactly what the buyer or programme asks for, and what is still missing, plot by plot.
3. Map your land the way it really is
Walk the edge of your plot and mark each corner. The app calculates the area when the shape is complete. A plot under 4 ha can be a single pin. Nobody changes your boundary without your agreement.
4. Gather evidence with the phone in your hand
Take photos on the plot, each with place and time. Add the land document you already keep. Checks run on the phone before you leave, so you can fix problems while you are still there.
5. Hand over the crop, and the proof with it
Pick the plots a delivery came from, enter the weight, and share it with your buyer by QR code or directly. You keep a receipt of what you handed over.
BUILT FOR REAL FIELD CONDITIONS
- Works completely offline. Everything is saved on the phone and sent automatically when you have a signal.
- Available in 15 languages.
- Runs on ordinary phones: Android 8 and up, or iPhone on iOS 15 and up.
- No smartphone? A cooperative field agent can collect the data for you, and the plot, photos and consent are recorded under your name.
YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
Only the people you give access to can see your plots. You can see the full list in the app and remove access at any time. Nothing is shared by default.
WHAT IS AVAILABLE TODAY
- EUDR support (EU Deforestation Regulation) is in open beta, piloting with cooperatives.
- Other programmes, such as Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, regenerative agriculture, carbon accounting and Scope 3 reporting, are being built together with partners. They are not live yet. The app is designed so that what you already collected counts toward them when they are ready, so you will not need to start again.

Free for smallholder producers, for life. Organisations such as cooperatives, exporters and buyers use the Tracebud Dashboard, from EUR 5 per tonne.
