About this app

TracefyHR is the employee attendance and leave app for teams running on TracefyHR. Clock in with GPS in one tap, request leave, check payslips and approve on the go.

TracefyHR is the employee app for companies running on the TracefyHR HR platform. You sign in with the account your employer created for you.

CLOCK IN AND OUT IN ONE TAP

• Start your day with a single tap and capture a work plan, your top priorities, and any blockers.

• Wrap up with a quick end-of-day note so your manager sees what landed.

• Your location is captured only at the moment you check in or check out — never in the background. Prefer not to share it? Check in without location and carry on.

• No signal? Your punch is saved safely on your device and syncs automatically the moment you are back online. A punch is never silently lost.

YOUR ATTENDANCE, ALWAYS IN VIEW

• A running month summary: days worked, total hours, and missed check-outs.

• Full history for the last 90 days, with check-in and check-out times per day.

• Forgot to punch? Request an attendance fix in seconds — pick the corrected times, add a reason, and your manager reviews it.

LEAVE WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK

• See every leave balance you have and how many days are left this year.

• Request leave straight from a calendar — tap the days you need and send.

• Advance-notice rules and remaining balances are shown as you pick, so there are no surprises.

• Track pending, approved and rejected requests, and get notified the moment a decision lands.

PAYSLIPS ON YOUR PHONE

• Every finalized payslip, month by month: net pay, gross, bonus, tax and deductions.

• Download or share any payslip as a PDF.

KNOW YOUR TEAM

• Search the company directory by name, role or team, and filter by department.

• Open anyone's profile to see their department, who they report to, their direct reports, and how to reach them.

• The home screen shows who is in today, who is out, and this month's birthdays and work anniversaries.

FOR MANAGERS

• Approve or reject leave requests and attendance fixes from your phone.

• Add a note when you reject, so your team knows why.

• See a pending count at a glance and a running list of your recent decisions.
