About this app

Traceo HACCP is the HACCP and food safety app for food businesses: restaurants, bakeries, cafés, caterers, butchers, hotels, canteens and production kitchens. It replaces paper logs and binders with one app to record the checks in your HACCP plan, attach evidence and find your history when the food safety inspector (EHO) visits.

GOODS RECEIVING
• Attach the invoice, delivery note and photos to every delivery.
• AI reads the delivery note and suggests the lines and prices: you check them before saving.
• Delivery checks: temperature, packaging, dates, labelling and vehicle.
• Accept, keep or reject each line.

FOOD TRACEABILITY
• Take one to three photos of a product label.
• Traceo suggests the product name, batch number, use-by or best-before date and any secondary shelf life.
• You check or correct the fields before saving. The opening date and the team member are recorded with each action.

FOOD LABELS AND DATE LABELS
• Quick Print: print labels from an existing product or a traceability record.
• Choose the label type, dates, quantity and the allergens set up in your configuration.
• Prints on the thermal label printer configured for Traceo.

TEMPERATURE LOGS
• Manual readings and automatic measurements from Traceo connected temperature sensors (optional hardware).
• Alerts in the app and by email, based on the thresholds, schedules and delays you set.
• Time-stamped history for each appliance: fridges, display cabinets, cold rooms.
• Cooling and reheating: core temperature readings compared with your target and time limit.

CLEANING SCHEDULE
• Attach your cleaning plan as an image or PDF.
• Set up zones, recurring tasks, assignments, products and instructions.
• Every sign-off is time-stamped, with an optional photo.

ALSO INCLUDED
• Fryer oil: checks, filtering, top-ups and oil changes, fryer by fryer.
• Price changes: purchase price history from checked deliveries.
• Traceo Cloud: each site's documents, available offline once they are on the device.
• History and export of your records for internal follow-up or an inspection.

FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
Traceo works on phones and tablets (Android and iOS) and on computers through the web app. Data is synced to the device for offline use. Several sites? Each site keeps its own workspace, and the Traceo Business plan adds a consolidated view.

Traceo Free is free for 1 site, up to 50 HACCP records per month. Traceo Plus (unlimited records) and Traceo Business (several sites) are quoted. Optional hardware: tablet, label printer, temperature sensors, needle probes.
