Tracis Courier is the driver app for couriers on the Tracis Health specimen-logistics network. Pick
up clinical specimens from healthcare practices and labs, keep them within their required temperature
range, and deliver them with a verified chain of custody — all from your phone.

Built for the realities of medical courier work: time-critical STAT runs, cold-chain requirements,
and accountability at every handoff.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See available runs the moment dispatch assigns them — practice, specimen types, tube counts, due
time, and the required temperature (e.g. 2–8 °C) shown right on the card.
• Accept or pass a run in one tap. STAT and priority runs are clearly flagged.
• Follow turn-by-turn navigation to the pickup site and the destination lab.
• Confirm pickups with a built-in chain-of-custody checklist, tube count, temperature reading, and
on-site dwell timer.
• Mark deliveries complete with temperature-compliance and chain-of-custody records.

• Go on or off duty with a single toggle once your account is approved.

COLD-CHAIN & COMPLIANCE FIRST
Every run shows its handling requirements up front — refrigerated, frozen, or ambient — so you always
know how to transport each specimen. Temperature readings and chain-of-custody steps are logged at
pickup and at delivery.

GETTING STARTED
Tracis Courier is for approved couriers on the Tracis Health platform. New couriers complete a short
onboarding: upload your documents, add your vehicle, and consent to a background check. You can go on
duty and accept runs once an administrator approves your account.
