Venus Driver — Trip Hub is the official driver companion app for Trackalways fleet operations. Built for company drivers, it brings trip assignments, vehicle inspections, proof-of-delivery, and dispatch communication into a single mobile app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• View assigned trips and stop-by-stop manifests in real time
• Follow live turn-by-turn route mapping for each stop
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports), flagging defects by severity
• Capture electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) with recipient signature and photos at each stop
• Report trip exceptions directly from the app
• Message dispatch in real time, with photo attachments and offline queuing so nothing is lost without signal
• Keep working offline — trip and manifest data syncs automatically when connectivity returns

WHO THIS APP IS FOR
This app is for active drivers of fleets managed on the Trackalways platform. An account is provisioned by your fleet administrator — this app does not support public sign-up. If you're a driver with a company vehicle assignment, contact your dispatcher for login access.
