About this app

Trackboria Rider is the app delivery riders use to carry parcels for businesses on the Trackboria platform.

TWO WAYS TO RIDE
Riders employed by a business: your business adds you and gives you a one-time activation code. Enter it, choose a 6-digit PIN, and sign in with your phone number and that PIN from then on.
Independent riders: sign up with your phone number, confirm it with a code sent by SMS, and verify your identity with a government ID and a selfie. Once verified, businesses near you can find and book you, and you set your own price. Earnings are paid to the bank or mobile money account you add.

Independent riders see what they earned in the last 30 days and in total, and what each delivery paid.

Every amount you record is visible to the business straight away, so the end-of-day count matches what you collected.

PROOF OF EVERY DELIVERY
Take a delivery photo with a framing guide and confirm the customer with a one-time code when the business requires it.

BUILT FOR WEAK NETWORKS
Deliveries, photos and cash records are saved on your phone and sent when you are back online.

LOCATION
Trackboria Rider shares your live location while you are out on deliveries, including when the app is in the background. The business you deliver for sees it while you work its deliveries. A customer sees your vehicle only while you are riding to them, and not after the delivery ends.
