The Warehouse Management System (WMS) mobile app is designed to support day-to-day warehouse operations directly from the work floor. It is intended for warehouse personnel who perform assigned tasks, as well as users who need quick access to shipment and inventory information while working on site.
The app helps users stay focused on current work, review assigned tasks, and complete required warehouse operations through a clear and structured workflow.
Key capabilities include:
• Process warehouse tasks
Work with receiving and shipping operations, trailer movements between locations, cargo transfers between trailers, and other non-standard warehouse activities. Users can start assigned tasks, follow the required processing steps, and complete the work once the operation is finished.
• Track current workload
View active and assigned tasks in one workspace. The app makes it easier to understand which operations require attention, which are currently being processed, and which have already been completed.
• Record equipment usage
For supported warehouse operations, users can record the equipment used during task processing. If no equipment was used, this can also be indicated in the app.
• View shipment information
Access shipment information for the selected warehouse and review key operational details. Use available filters to find relevant records and refresh the information when needed. The mobile app is intended for viewing shipment data and does not support shipment creation or editing.
• Verify cargo in the warehouse
Use the Inventory section to review cargo currently held in the warehouse and verify that it is physically present in the expected storage area.
The WMS mobile app brings essential warehouse workflows closer to the point of work. Warehouse personnel can review assignments, process tasks, record required operational information, check shipment details, and verify cargo without relying on the web interface for every step.
