Upgraded the app. Couldn't log in at first - resolved via Customer Service. Can't see my vehicle's location - clicking "Google Maps" option opens the "Uber" app. Can only set a Geofence by searching for a location on the map instead of just setting it around the vehicle, wherever it happens to be. Need to disable Geofence and Safe Mode (whatever that is) before moving the vehicle instead of just one click in the old app. Renewal due shortly - they've just lost a customer.

Works OK most of the time, ring-fence notifications are a bit hit & miss - sometimes they come through fine, sometimes they appear a couple of hours later, occasionally they don't happen at all. Also, you can only get notified by email, not by proper app notification which is annoying. Nearly a year without an app update - about time this was fixed.

Since this update the mapping seems to be inaccurate. With the old app record of journeys was a useful tool. With this version the journeys are not logged accurately and the interface is far less intuitive. Considering the premium paid for this device and having seen what it could do I am now very disappointed. Due for renewal in 6 months and I will be looking for an alternative provider.
