TrackFlow is an enterprise workforce management app for businesses and their authorized field employees.
Business administrators use TrackFlow to coordinate field assignments, manage customer and branch visits, review work routes, and monitor employee work locations during authorized field activity. Employees can view assigned visits, open directions, and explicitly start or stop work-location tracking.
Tracking is not hidden. Before tracking begins, TrackFlow explains how location data is collected, used, and shared and asks for the employee's consent. An ongoing Android notification remains visible while tracking is active. Tracking may continue when the app is minimized, the screen is locked, or navigation is open. Employees can stop tracking from the app.
