Hard to figure out some options. Charges semi fast but wont if cold weather so get box to room temp before it charges. Stayed 30% for 2 weeks but with all options off. Frequently 3-30 min delay bc the truck is in the driveway! before the box updates! Whole point of having.. Cant get notification of boundry crossed.. i called, searched, etc, cant get text messages But i do use weekly. 4stars.

We've been using this app for a couple of years now. It's working fairly well most of the time. However, it started last week, whenever I launched the app, it just zoomed out automatically. I had to constantly zoom in. But it doesn't stay zoomed in. Couple seconds later，it zoomed out again. I tried everything, reinstalled the app , cleared cache on my phone, rebooted multiple times, and still the same. This is getting really annoying.

Used to work, now the device doesn't update when I attempt to refresh it. It's stuck in two days ago. Glad I only purchased one for testing purposes. As of now, my equipment could be half way across the country, and I wouldn't know it. Seems I'm not the only one having this issue. Giving an additional star because it used to work well. Update: User error. Support identified that I had set the device to sleep when not moving. I immediately remembered doing so. Stars reflect the awesome service.
