I have only had this device since April 2025, at first it worked great. But now it absolutely sucks since all the "upgrades" they have done. It does not track correctly, the alerts do not work at all anymore. I literally have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times a day because when I open the app it only shows other part of the world( other countries)... I have contacted support and no help at all when they say they will call or replace device! I have more to say but out of space! This SUCKS

I have had the tracker for 2 days now and I find the device is slow inaccurate and hardly worth using. I have another tracker from another company so I thought I'd compare the two side by side, I'm afraid there is no way I'm changing to Petloc !

I have been using this for about 4 months. Last time I charged it, it quit working. It wanted me to activate it. I tried that and it wouldn't recognize the QR code. Now I have a tracker that doesn't work! At this point I have no way to track my dog. Now what?
