About this app

The TrackInspector app enables all planned and unplanned rail inspections to be carried out based on a well-defined and uniform data structure. Users are supported by intuitive controls. The cloud technology used allows data to be stored and maintained centrally and consistently. The map view with integrated GPS localization further supports the operator in spatially assigning the data. The existing rail infrastructure and planned inspections can be created in a central location (in the RailCloud) and then checked on-site by the rail inspectors via the app, and additional inspections can be recorded ad hoc. The data is synchronized between the app and RailCloud as long as an internet connection is available. After the initial data loading, task management in the app can also be carried out offline. The tasks are synchronized again at the next opportunity.
