New version sucks, lacks ease of use and simplicity of previous versions, new "feel" is too gimmicky, almost like they're trying to copy an apple app or something. This is a business tool that needs to communicate into, need it to be working like so, new version reminds me of a game or cartoon, will have to end up changing to a different company soon.

Newest version sucks. Difficult to navigate. Mobile app doesn't update. Customer service says, "would you like us to schedule you a training session?". I don't want a training session! I've been using this app for the last 5 years with very few problems. At least until the new updated version came out! Looking at other options now. NOT SATISFIED. No longer recommend.

New version not up to expectations and in general far less useful. You are NOT listening to your customers and that is never a good thing. Key functionality as timestamped route marks is gone, others seem hard to find, app is slow and buggy. This is 80's programming.
