As requested by the app, I completed the registration process. However, i am unable to login as it keeps saying password incorrect/ invalid username. never was I asked to set a password and even an OTP is not being sent to my registered mobile no. I noticed yesterday the same issue has been raised by several other users but no action has been taken. This is a really pathetic approach.

Good platform to invest at. However, deals on the platforms are extremely limited, or they are based on the escrow account that is being opened. I've raised this issue many times to the customer service, but there isn't any solution. As an investor, I would like to keep rotating my money instead of keeping it ideal in the wallet. Or else tradecred should provide a minimum interest for the balance held in the wallet.

I am a user of TradeCred. I have some feedback on user experience. 1. There should be a filter based on minimum investment amount and the deal duration. 2. There should be a bookmark or wish list option so that a user can mark the intresting deals and then decide which one to purchase. 3. If a user do not have sufficient funds then you should allow the user to add funds in the process of purchase deal. Currently, you are disabling the buy now option.
