I have been investing in this platform for last 3 years. The deals used to get liquidated on due time. Currently, it is flooded with default deals. I invested in the company Infra.Market. It has been 2 months+ but I am unable to liquidate the overdue deal. As a facilitator, when I tried to contact customer service, my experience was pathetic. No response over message or mail. But when there is money in app wallet, I receive multiple calls from them with deal suggestions. Now they are all deaf.

As requested by the app, I completed the registration process. However, i am unable to login as it keeps saying password incorrect/ invalid username. never was I asked to set a password and even an OTP is not being sent to my registered mobile no. I noticed yesterday the same issue has been raised by several other users but no action has been taken. This is a really pathetic approach.

Good platform to invest at. However, deals on the platforms are extremely limited, or they are based on the escrow account that is being opened. I've raised this issue many times to the customer service, but there isn't any solution. As an investor, I would like to keep rotating my money instead of keeping it ideal in the wallet. Or else tradecred should provide a minimum interest for the balance held in the wallet.
