I like the type of game, it's ok in the way it's build and for a day or 2, maybe 3 it's fun to play as well. But then the waiting times for slots and planes get ridiculous and I quit it quite fast. Especially when there's nothing else to do then to wait in the game. So you quit and slowly start to forget about the game completely. I do like the new hub function, if it didn't take ages and ages to be able to branch out.

Honestly, this game feels like a downgrade from ATO and ATO2. I've played both in the past and have really enjoyed the two. I was even one of the Star Channel players. So I was quite excited initially when I saw the third instalment and pictures of the graphics amazed me. However, I was a bit disappointed with the game. The game has now implemented "hub-enabled" cities, which means you can only open routes if you have a "branch office" in the city. This was so different from ATO and ATO2. I wouldn't have minded too much if we can build a hub and spoke system like real airlines do, but since we can't do that here, this is a major restriction by the game and it annoys me. Also, you are not able to see how competitors or other players fare on routes between cities which you don't have a branch office for. What this means is, if your hub is in City A, and you are interested to see how people do in a route between City B and City C, you cannot see that information. This sucks because I want to know how people fare on these routes before I want to open a branch office in City B for example. There are other issues, but I'm out of space. I recommend just sticking to ATO2 overall.

Making money is much harder than before which much much harsher on inexperienced players, as someone who's been playing AT since the second game in 2010 it's nice to see some features that I liked in the previous games but there are things like the name value of a destination which not only makes you vulnerable to competition but also really brings down the opportunities of new routes.
